The YMCA Child Development Center is a State-Licensed Center for ages 6 weeks through 5th grade. All teachers are trained in Early Childhood Development.

Infants: 6 weeks to 18 months

• Nurturing developmental care

• Daily physical activities

• Infant sign language

• Free developmental screenings

Y’s SUMMER ADVENTURE

Your kids don’t have to sit at home....bring them to the YMCA for a safe, fun, exciting Summer Adventure!!!

Our program is designed to enhance the lives of children and to provide a positive environment for independent growth. Y’s Summer Adventure is a state-licensed program that has a safe atmosphere with valuable time to spend with peers for learning, planning, investigating, problem solving and most important FUN!!

For grades K-5th

• Daily field trips to local parks & businesses

• Children are placed in small groups based on their age

• Art, science and cooking projects

• Swimming

• Pizza and Jolly Dipper every Friday

• Trips to Camp Mosshart

• Climb the Alpine II Tower

• Separate Kindergarten program which reinforces readiness skills
