Fitness Center Includes: With the TechnoGym Smartkey, it's easy for anyone to workout. Utilized throughout all components of exercise, the TechnoGym Smartkey is the definition of simplicity itself. This small, yet powerful tool unlocks the potential of the wireless TechnoGym System and anyone who uses it. Once the Smartkey is programmed, it will contain your personalized program, precisely configured to deliver optimum results. By inserting the Smartkey, your workout is captured on the key and adjusted automatically within the TechnoGym System given the specific requirements of the program and your results. With the TechnoGym System Smartkey, there is no carrying cumbersome charts from station to station or hassling with hand entering. All workout data is saved in a personalized database via the TechnoGym Smartkey and made available in a variety of easy-to-read reports so you can see, track and monitor your own progress and improvement. Power Fit: Intense workout - cardio and strengthening. P.U.L.S.E.: "People Utilizing Life Saving Exercise" Includes walking, aerobic activities, calisthenics, strengthening exercises and flexibility. For the old athlete in all of us - but SAFE! Get back into shape and bring out your best you. Upbeat 70's and 80's music. SilverSneakers: Strength and conditioning class. Easy on your joints and appropriate for all exercise levels. Designed to improve your strength, flexibility and ability to perform activities of daily living. Strengthening & Toning: Increase tone and muscle definition. Proper form taught. Teen Strength Training: Must hold a Sr Youth membership or higher. Learn proper techniques and form. Upon completion participants can use the Free Weight area. Y Step: Step aerobics class - a fun way to increase cardio while strengthening and toning. Yoga I: Intro to Yoga - stretching and relaxation techniques. Held at Downtown and East Branch. Zumba: Dance your way to a fitter you with Zumba. Exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythmus for an aerobic workout.
